“Excellent care, including dental, optical rectification, consideration of care and consideration of residents’ wider needs, monitoring during the day in the room. Provision of food, drink when enjoying quiet time in the room. Response by management to matters raised is excellent, not always helped by occupants’ response to responses. Activities stimulating in a difficult situation. With much adverse criticism in the press, Field House is a shining example of how it can be done in an admittedly difficult situation. My sister is very fortunate as she will not look after herself properly, although articulate her memory is fading (short term).”
